Job Description:

Project Managers are key individuals in our organisation and play a vital role in ensuring all our software products and projects are delivered within budget, on-time and within scope. Excellent communication skills coupled with good overall management skills are paramount in fulfilling this role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prepare functional specifications as well as other project related documents.
• Manage the day-to-day tasks & issues within the project team.
• Project manage entire project lifecycle - ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Liaise with clients and third-party vendors.
• Conduct & review SIT & UAT with facilitation of test scripts and reports.
• Undertake quality control and internal validation processes.
• Prepare to participate in R&D activities during product development.
• Identify opportunities in developing new or enhancing existing products based on need and change.

Requirements:

• Minimum - degree qualification in a relevant field.
• Assist & facilitate all project requirements.
• Coordinate project activities.
• Exposure to software project management.
• Report to the respective project managers or supervisors.
• Up to date knowledge of the latest technologies especially Internet related.
• Knowledge of banking, insurance, HR/Benefits products & operations highly desirable.
• Familiar with project management methodologies and Project Management Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident in presenting and interacting in a business capacity.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Talent, skill & passion in area of software consulting and financial services.
• Self starter, fast learner & motivated.

Applicants should have at least 3-years experience in a similar capacity with an IT or consulting firm.
